It’s Not Too Late to Prevent Early Aging

Early aging can be prevented by adopting a healthy lifestyle, implementing diet with complete and balanced nutrition, exercising regularly, as well as avoiding stress and pollution.

When the chronological and physiological ages get too old, stooped posture, and skin becomes less elastic there is nothing else to do. In this case, anti-aging therapy can no longer be conducted. People experiencing such changes must take geriatric physical therapy. People with old age are prone to develop chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, stroke, dementia, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, glaucoma, cancer, and others.

Therefore, start the Anti-Aging treatment in the middle age, when one is usually in the peak of success, requiring good appearance, and is financially capable of taking such treatment.

Some measures to slow down aging recommended by Prof. Dr. Wimpie Pangkahila are as follows:

- Maintain a healthy body and soul through healthy lifestyles

- Keep a harmonious family life

- Live in a social environment which encourages the positive feelings

- Think positively and optimistically

- Avoid feeling old and hopeless

- Love your job (be passionate)

- Think positively and optimistically

- Be wary of your health even when there is no symptoms of serious disease

- Take regular medical checkups as necessary and in accordance with your condition

- Avoid taking nonevidence-based medicine or other substances without instructions from health professional

- Take drugs and supplement as needed and advised by health professional
