Feeling healthy and just fine, feeling still young, no time for check-up, high expense, and being afraid of revealing the residing diseases are the common reasons for delaying medical check-up. Meanwhile, being healthy does not only mean not being sick.

If we do not feel the pain, there are 2 (two) possibilities, that there is actually no disease or medically there is a disease but the symptoms have not yet appeared. During their initial stages, diseases or health problems are asymptomatic. Oftentimes, the symptoms arise just at the advanced stage of their development. Similar to the performance of a vehicle' s engine that should always be checked from time to time, here is where the medical check-up matters to act as a preventive measure.

Healthy Life Panel is a set of minimum medical check-up specifically designed to figure out the health status periodically and to early detect diseases commonly suffered by the community as well as to reveal the risk of developing the diseases in the future. Some particular diseases in need of early detection by Healthy Life Panel are lifestyle disease (diseases arising from unhealthy lifestyles, e.g. diabetes, blood lipid disorder, liver, and kidney disease). Some other diseases are not directly detected. For this case, Healthy Life Panel is the first step to the definite diagnosis of the suspected diseases.
