Digital CRM Lead

- Ensure the achievement of customers acquired through digital and traditional campaigns
- Drive strategy for omni-channel acquisition in order to engage members and improve retention and growth (This includes channel strategy for email, web push, and in-app push)
- Create, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
- Analyze data sets and weekly documentation of all retention activities on our CRM tool (e.g. MoEnagge)
- Provide A/B testing activities using other campaign channels (e.g., email, push notif, in-app banner)
