How to Register as a New User on U by Prodia
01 Go to “Create an Account” page.
- Choose “I am a new Prodia User” to start your registration.
02 Enter your email and password.
- Enter your email and create a strong password. This information will be the login credentials to access your U by Prodia account.
03 Verify your email.
- Confirm your email. Email verification is essential. It enables us to send your invoices and important updates.
04 Enter your phone number.
- Enter your active phone number. Make sure that you currently use the phone number you have entered.
05 Verify your phone number.
- Improve account safety by verifying your phone number. This step will add more safety layers to your account.
06 Registration Complete!
- Congratulation! You have successfully registered at U by Prodia. For a faster and handier login experience, activate your biometric ID.
How to Register using Customer ID on U by Prodia
01 Go to “Create an Account” page.
- Choose “I am a new Prodia User” to start your registration.
02 Enter your customer ID and date of birth.
- Provide your accurate customer ID and date of birth. Find your customer ID on invoices, test results, or confirmation messages from Prodia.
03 Confirm Your Profile.
- Confirm your detailed profile. Note that any profile updates afterward can only be made by Prodia staff.
04 Enter your email and password.
- Enter your email and create a strong password. This information will be the login credentials to access your U by Prodia account.
