Q: I am new in Prodia' s Order Online, how do I register?

A: Just click on "SIGN UP" , then

choose "PRODIA CUSTOMERS" if you ever had a test in Prodia (fill in your customer ID number and your birthday). Your record will appear automatically.

Or,

choose "NEW CUSTOMERS" if you never had a test in Prodia.

Please fill in all fields and your account is ready.

Q: Can I use my Online Result account to access Prodia' s Order Online?

A: Yes, you can use your Online Result account to access Prodia' s Order Online.

Q: Can I change the email address for my account?

A: We are sorry, for the time being you cannot change your email address for your account.

Q: Can I ask Prodia to help me change the email address for my account?

A: For security issues, Prodia is restricted in accessing your account' s email.

Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset my password?

A: Click on "Forgot Password" on the bottom left corner of the screen. Enter your registered email address, and further instruction will be sent to your email address.

Q: If someone in my family has placed an online order, can we share the same account?

A: You cannot share the same account. To place an online order every member should have his/her own account because every account will be identified uniquely for each customer.

Q: Is there a minimum order on tests for Prodia' s Order Online?

A: No, there isn' t a minimum order. Feel free to choose any tests you need.

Q: What payment methods are accepted for Prodia' s Order Online?

A: Now you can only use an ATM (using the virtual account designated to Bank Permata) and your Credit Card to pay Prodia' s Order Online. In the future, Klikpay BCA, Prodia Voucher, and Point Reward will be available as payment methods.

Q: How do I start ordering?

A: After you "Log In" , click on "My Order" in the left column of the screen. Then, click on "Start the Check-Up Registration" and follow the next steps.

Q: What if I don' t have a referring doctor?

A: Prodia' s Order Online has a Live Chat with Doctor feature, please tick " Do Not Have a Referring Doctor" to consult Prodia' s Online Doctor for test type through this Live Chat.

Q: Why can' t I connect to the Live Chat with Doctor?

A: Live Chat service is available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (Western Indonesian Time). You can use the Live Chat during the hours above.

Q: What is the function of menu Reorder?

A: On the menu you can find your order history, and you can reorder the same items without filling out the required fields from scratch.

Q: Can I choose the date and time for my test?

A: You have the privilege to set the date and time for your test. To see our branches' operating hours, please visit our website here, and then choose the branch.

Q: What will happen if my payment is late?

A: After placing an online order, you have 3 hours to make the payment. If you miss it, your order will be erased automatically. Please reorder.

Q: How do I know if my order has been accepted?

A: You will receive a notification email for your order and payment.

Q: What should I do if I don' t receive any notification email after placing the order?

A: You can check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder in your email. If you didn' t find anything, please call Prodia Head Office at +6221 3144182 ext. 3825.

Q: Can I change or add my test after ordering?

A: If you haven' t paid your test, you still can change or add the test. However, if you have paid it, you cannot change or add the test. You have to make a new order for the test you need.

Q: Can I cancel a paid order?

A: You cannot cancel an order that has been paid.

Q: What will happen if I have ordered and paid but I don' t show up on the date I have chosen?

A: You will still be able to take your test in Prodia within 30 (thirty) days from your chosen date.

Q: When ordering online, I chose branch A. Can I go to branch B instead?

A: We are sorry, you cannot go to branch B if you have chosen branch A. You will take the test in your selected branch.

Q: Instead of website, can I access Prodia' s Order Online through a mobile application?

A: Starting on 1 February 2018, you can access Prodia' s Order Online through an Android mobile application by downloading Prodia Mobile Apps from Google Play.

Q: How can I access my Online Result?

A: For accessing the Online Result, you can use your username and password for Prodia' s Order Online.

Q: I already have an Online Result account, can I use it to access Prodia' s Order Online?

A: Yes, you can use it to access Prodia' s Order Online. We developed a system that enables one Prodia account to access some of our online services for your convenience as a Prodia loyal customer.

Q: What should I do if I cannot find my Online Result when I access it?

A: Make sure you have received the result notification SMS on the registered phone number.

However, if you have received the notification SMS but you still cannot find the online test result, please call Prodia Head Office at +6221 3144182 ext. 3825.

Q: Instead of website, can I access Online Result through a mobile application?

A: Starting on 1 February 2018, you can access the Online Result through an Android mobile application by downloading Prodia Mobile Apps from Google Play.
