03 Healthy Weight (12 weeks)
- An ideal program to achieve a healthy weight, aiming at 6–12 kg weight loss.
04 Healthy Cholesterol (12 weeks)
- A program to manage your cholesterol levels, aiming for a total cholesterol level of < 200 mg/dL and LDL cholesterol level of < 130 mg/dL.
05 Blood Sugar (12 weeks)
- A program to maintain your blood sugar level, aiming for a normal HbA1C level of < 5,7%.
How to Activate Your Health Plan in U by Prodia
01 Open “Health Plan” Menu
- On the front page, select the “Health Plan” option to view available health programs.
02 Select a Plan Based on Your Needs
- Review the health program details and choose a plan that aligns with your needs and health goals.
03 Click “Beli Plan” (Buy a Plan)
- Click “Beli Plan” to confirm your plan purchase.
04 Health Plan Registration Confirmation
- Congratulations! You have successfully activated your Health Plan in U by Prodia. Follow the instructions in the application to start your plan.
05 Register for Lab Tests & Doctor Appointments
- Easily book laboratory tests and doctor appointments to monitor your health condition.
06 Chat Daily with Experts
- Utilize direct chat with dedicated experts anytime and anywhere.
07 Log Your Daily Food Consumption
