7. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and acknowledge that the information displayed on the Information Service may not be actual and that appointments made through the Appointment Service may be rescheduled or canceled at any time by Prodia upon its consideration.
8. You understand that appointments made through the Appointment Service may be rescheduled in case of unavailable doctors.
9. You understand that Prodia does not recommend you to use this Website in case of an emergency medical condition.
10. Prodia reserves the right to change, delete, and/or apply new terms and conditions in these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and will be notified to you when you access the Website for the first time after the changes become effective. By providing Prodia with your specific geographic location information as obtained from the GPS data of your electronic device, you represent that you have the right to provide Prodia with information that Prodia will use either for this Website or, with your prior consent, another health-related application that is currently being developed by Prodia.

By using the Prodia Contact Centre, you confirm that the personal data you provide is accurate and correct. If the personal data you provide is found to be incorrect, Prodia is not responsible for any consequences that may occur related to the provision and use of such incorrect personal data.

1. Information you provide to the Prodia Contact Center

   Your data is collected through the Prodia Contact Centre via phone, email, SMS, chat applications (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Website, etc.), and social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Through these services, Prodia collects your information/personal data such as customer ID, name, address, phone number, email, and social media account. For service purposes, the Prodia Contact Centre also records all conversations between you and the Contact Centre.

2. Reasons for your data collection

   Your personal information/data will be used to verify your identity and provide the Prodia Contact Centre services such as information requests, payment collection/requests fulfillment, and complaint handling. This information is also used to manage any communication between you and Prodia, follow up on confirmation and solutions for reports/complaints you submit, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and improve Kontak Prodia services.
